11:28 is a worship band from Tampa, Florida.  The band’s founders, Ryan and Jennifer Street, have been leading worship and writing music together since 1998.  After working with several different bands, Ryan and Jennifer officially formed 11:28 in 2006.

Since it’s creation in 2006, 11:28 has added members and now includes Electric Guitarist and Vocalist Michael Davis, Drummer Derek Powell, Synth/Keyboardist Jason Davis, and Bassist, Nate Cook.  Ryan Street plays rhythm guitar and provides vocals.  Jennifer Street plays keyboard and provides vocals.

The name 11:28 comes from the verse, Matthew 11:28, in which Jesus tells those listening to “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”  11:28 believes that true worship is where rest is found for the weary soul.  Whether you are a believer in Christ, or seeking something real to believe in, 11:28’s music speaks to the struggles everyone faces in this journey called life and the power found in a personal relationship with God to overcome life’s difficulties and hardships.
